Fur Storage & Leather Cleaning

Our experienced fur technicians clean and glaze all types of fur and leather. This process contributes to the longevity and beauty of your fur. Storage is an important part of the care of your investment for several reasons...the heat and humidity of the summer months deteriorates the skins and can allow premature cracking or tearing. Our humidity controlled vaults maintain a cold 45 degree temperature to prohibit this and keep your furs supple. Additionally, storage protects your fur investment from moths, fire and theft.

We recommend cleaning your furs annually to remove damaging dirt, oil, perfumes, etc. and retard oxidation. After the cleaning process, we apply a protective glaze which rejuvenates the fur. This minimal expense to protect an investment which you will enjoy for many years.

Rhomberg's also offers leather and suede cleaning and waterproofing. Unlike anyone else in the area, our cleaning is done by our own experienced furriers in our Cleaning & Glazing Department!
